use this form to create your organization's account (ex: church), one ministry (ex: food pantry), holiday events, and your username. once you activate your account, your listing will go live. if your org has multiple campuses and/or ministries (you can add them per campus), when we roll out the ministry management tools (by nov 20, 2021). if you do not understand something we are asking for, hover over the label or data entry box for more detail.
